By creating a DripTorch account or using the DripTorch app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you are using DripTorch on behalf of an agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that agency.

2. The service

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at adam@driptorch.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use DripTorch to violate law, infringe rights of others, or interfere with the service. You will not attempt to access data belonging to other agencies or users.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Disclaimers

DripTorch is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available during every emergency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireStarter Analytics, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of life, property, or operational data, arising out of or related to your use of DripTorch.

8. Termination

You may stop using DripTorch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
